Why a flat monthly price when everyone else "needs to see it first"?

Because we control the schedule. Detailers quote by condition, and condition runs wild when a boat gets detailed twice a year. A boat detailed every two weeks never reaches the state that needs a custom quote. The onboarding detail sets the baseline, the plan holds it. It's the same reason your pool service can publish a monthly rate.

What's actually included each visit?

A full maintenance detail: hull sides, deck, topsides, glass, and stainless, finished with a spot-free rinse. A rolling wax rotation, meaning a portion of the boat gets fresh protection every visit so there's never a big annual job. Vinyl and seating wiped down, interior tidied. Then everything is logged to your Vessel Care Record and a photo recap is texted to you the same day.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Every plan runs a 3 month commitment, then continues month to month. After that, cancel anytime with written notice before the next billing cycle. No cancellation fees.

What about the bottom of my boat?

We work topside only, above the waterline. That keeps our methods, products, and insurance exactly where they should be. For boats that live in the water, bottom cleaning is dive work, and Concierge members have it coordinated for them: we arrange a vetted diver, you approve, it gets done and logged.

Are you insured?

Accepted Answer

Fully. General liability, care-custody-control coverage, and a bond, with every crew member background-checked before they step on a dock. Care-custody-control is the policy that matters when someone touches your boat. Ask any operator you're considering whether they carry it.

Do you come to my dock?

Accepted Answer

That's all we do. Private docks, lifts, and home slips from Hobe Sound to North Palm Beach. No hauling, no marina drop-off, no meeting us anywhere. If you're on the route, we come to you on a standing schedule.

Question 7

Do I need to be home?

Accepted Answer

No, and most owners aren't. We need access to the dock, and we confirm the details at onboarding. You'll know we were there because the photo recap says so.

Question 8

What happens during hurricane season?

Accepted Answer

We keep working and we watch the tropics like everyone else on this coast. Concierge members are first on the storm-prep list when a system spins up, whether or not they're in town, and Vessel Watch reports how everything fared once it passes.
